Ideal product for use in chocolate, as it is in paste and colours in an oily medium. Can experience extreme temperatures.
It is used to colour preparations considered to be greasy.
Applied in chocolate, fractionated and hydrogenated coatings, handicrafts. It can be used in American paste and all cream-type coverage (whipped cream, frosting, marshmallow, etc.).
*Some Helpful TIPS:
- The colouring for chocolate is indicated for application in Chocolate or White Coating, as it will change its tone. In the case of semi-sweet chocolate, due to the evident colour of the cocoa (present in large quantities in the formulation), it will be very difficult to change the predominant colour (in this case, brown). Therefore, this procedure is not recommended.
- The colouring must be added to the chocolate before the thermal shock. After melting the chocolate bar, mix the colouring for chocolate in the desired colour and give the thermal shock on the marble or stainless steel table.
- If your chocolate colouring becomes too hard in the bottle, just leave the colouring pot in a pot of warm (almost cold) water, as the fat (present in the formulation) will melt and handling will be easier.
