Black Food Colouring for Chocolate - Namur Selecta - 50g
Colours from the Namur line are homogeneously mixed with chocolates and toppings, providing the perfect colour. They can be used in bonbons, truffles, Easter eggs, chocolate lollipops and wherever else you can imagine.
Available in colours: yellow, blue, orange, black, pink, salmon, green, red and violet.
How to Use: Remove the cap and the security seal. Microwave the vial at intervals of 15 seconds so that the food colouring is ready for application. Replace the lid, shake and add the product little by little until you reach the desired shade.
Dosage: Up to 10g for every 500g of the final product.
Storage: Avoid exposure to sunlight. Keep in a dry and ventilated place in the original packaging, always tightly closed. Once opened, the shelf life is maintained as long as storage guidelines are followed.
