Cream - Bravo - 200 ml
UHT product ready for use in pastries and ice creams.
Before using the creams, they must be refrigerated 12 hours before for between +5º and +10º C.
Whip at a moderate speed until obtaining the desired consistency.
Ingredients: water, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (26.5%) (palm kernel fats), oils (palm kernel, sunflower, corn and soy in varying proportions), sugar (11%), stabilisers (E420ii, E463), milk proteins, emulsifiers (E472e, E322 soy lecithin), salt, flavours, colour (beta-carotene).
