Meringue - 250 g
Water - 125 g
Mix the ingredients at a fast speed for 5-6 minutes until a bulky dough is obtained.
With the help of a pastry bag, place the mixture on a tray lined with baking paper, in the desired shape.
Bake in a low oven (100º C) for about 3 hours or until it peels off the paper.
NOTE: Can be used for pies and cake decorations, without putting it on the oven, just with a blowtorch.
Ingredients: Sugar, dextrin malt, egg white powder (7.5%), thickener: E401. May contain traces of gluten, soy, milk and nuts.
